Door Closer can do the following;
Power adjustment 1 – 4
Backcheck
Adjustable back check provides cushioning effect on opening to give protection to the door and fittings
Closing speed
Captive valve is conveniently located on the face of the door closer to control the closing speed.
Latching speed
A separate adjustment valve to accelerate or decelerate the door to ensure positive latching.
Mechanism and Case:
High Pressure diecast aluminium body, rack and pinon hydraulic controlled piston closer.
Reversible for left hand and right hand doors.
Track Arm size: 469L x 20H x 30W mm
Body size: 283L x 62 H x 53W mm
Door mounted installation: rail arm will require 35mm minimum space on the jamb
with no more than 12mm jamb projection (from door).
Jamb Installation: Minimum working height 106mm (above door).
Fire Rating: Approved on fire door assemblies up to 2 hours in accordance with Australia standard AS1905 – Part 1 – Fire resistant door sets.
